Attendees

Professional attendees from park districts, villages, libraries, and other municipalities are invited to the Entertainment Showcase to watch the vendor performances in order to make informed decisions when booking events for their community.

Vendors are prohibited from registering as attendees. ​Registration will be automatically cancelled for any vendors who register as attendees.

Vendors/Exhibitors

Vendors are those who are requesting to perform, exhibit, are agents or want to be listed in the Showcase directory only. Vendors will be able to connect with professionals from park districts, villages, libraries or other municipalities who attend showcase. Vendors may request to perform when completing their applications but not all vendors will be selected to perform. Performer Selection Process

Vendors who submit a Request to Perform application are subject to a performer selection process. The selection process is based on 4 criteria to ensure the chosen performers are appropriate and suitable for park district events and the performance lineup includes a variety of genres. The Showcase Committee receives 150+ vendor applications with requests to perform but can only select up to 14 vendors to perform at the event.
